Leave pickup items near your front door — or another place you designate in your preferences. We’ll deliver to the same spot. At your direction we’ll deliver only if someone answers to the door.

Unlimited Rollover Bags

Some months you may have less laundry and send fewer bags than your monthly plan – no problem. Unused bags are added to your rollover balance.

There is no limit to the number of rollover bags you can accumulate and they never expire as long as you have an active subscription.

Other months you may have more laundry and send more bags than your monthly plan – again no problem! Extra bags are subtracted from your rollover balance.

If you send extra bags without a rollover balance these will be charged at your subscription plan’s bag rate – easy and straight forward!
